What is the Jack Frost?
It all started 40 odd years ago with the UK Dragon Rally, held in February in the worst part of Winter in Wales, UK!!
The Jack Frost is a jol that you go to on your way there in the bleedin' snow! So.......
The Jack Frost has been adopted by the Highway Dragons, an initiative that has grown out of the support received from you the Rally Goers that support the Dragon Rally and that have traveled a long distance to be there.
You have taken the time to attend the rally and decided to make it a long weekend and arrive a day early.
So the Highway Dragons decided that to make the weekend even more sweet we would arrange entertainment on the Thursday and ensure that there is food available so that after your long trip you can enjoy yourself and get into rally mode.
The cost of the Jack Frost is R100! includes a first time ever Metal badge and FREE camping for the night, if you can't make it home then you're only forking out R100 per person for a really good evening!
On the 25th, (Thursday night) there'll be entertainment and of course, leka prizes, competitions and games to get into the spirit of things. Food and general rally stands will already be in place...relax!
A new logo for the Jack Frost was introduced last year and it was received so well that we sold all the regalia within hours, so we have kept the Logo, ordered extra so we can please more people. So please buy a T-shirt - R10 will be donated to Journey of Hope on every T sold.!
Even if you don't need to travel far, come to the Jack Frost Jol at Castaways Resort in Munster on 25 July 2013. Come and have a party of note.
